SHIPPING POLICY
We operate separate warehouses locally or through dropship shipping services.

Orders are shipped based on product availability and delivery speed.

Orders may be shipped from the local warehouse, the vendor's warehouse, or both.
​
This helps us deliver faster and ensure better stock availability for our customers.
​
Processing Time: It normally takes 3-5 business days for us to process and prepare your order. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
The shipping timeframe starts from your order ship date, not the purchase date.

We will do our best to support your request; however, confirmed orders cannot be changed, modified, or canceled after being processed or during shipment.
RETURN POLICY

Eligible items purchased from www.unconditionalbounds.com can be returned for a replacement or refund within 7 days of the purchase date. Ineligible items include clearance section items, personalized products, sale items, and retired product items.

Did you purchase your products from online marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Wayfair)? Please return or exchange your product at the location or marketplace where you made the purchase.

Vintage items are not eligible for return and are sold "as-is," so please review and ask questions before making a purchase. We do our best to ensure our pictures accurately reflect the product's condition and note any specifics in the comments. We will work with you if there’s an issue that wasn’t mentioned

Crystals to be considered for return must be filmed during unboxing, and each item must be visible for each order. The video must be clear enough for us to review and determine return eligibility.
Items you want to return must be unused and in sellable condition.

• To return an item, fill out the Return Form on your packing slip, noting the reason for the return, and include it with the product. If you no longer have your packing slip, please write all the necessary information on a separate sheet, including your order number, mailing address, phone number, and item description, and include it with the return.
• Ensure returned products are securely packed in their original packaging to guarantee safe delivery back to our distribution center. Items arriving broken may affect your refund amount.

• You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
​
• Sometimes, our shipping carriers indicate that a delivery was completed, but the customer does not find the product. We do not guarantee a replacement in this case, but please contact our customer service team for assistance.

• Refunds for returns will be issued to the original credit card used for the purchase. Allow 30 business days for the refund process after it has been requested. Please note, original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds will be returned via PayPal, unless sent by the originating supplier, and will be sent to your original payment method.

To be eligible for a return, products must be unworn, in their original packaging, with undamaged safety seals and the original labels intact. If the returned items do not meet these requirements, your return will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed return instructions.

Return Shipping: Please ensure the item is securely packed to avoid damage during transit. Include the Assigned number with your return.
Return Address: Ship the item to the return address provided in the return instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item received is defective or not as described.
Return shipping
We are not responsible for damage to returned items, so we recommend sending them via registered mail. We may or may not reimburse shipping costs for returns, which will be decided on a case-by-case basis. Please ensure you pack your crystal carefully with a FRAGILE sticker and purchase insurance at the post office if you want to cover any potential damage during transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 30 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund to your account.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with a description of the issue and, if possible, photographs.

Please note, all products are documented and include details about their condition and information for each item. Any returned item that is not the one purchased will be denied. We will also pursue false chargebacks.

We will arrange for the return of the defective or incorrect item at no cost to you and will provide a replacement or full refund.

Return Shipping Costs
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or not as described. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
